Senior Software Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver modern, high-impact features across the front end, back end, and database layers
• Build scalable, resilient cloud solutions using Azure
• Improve our applications, CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and deployments
• Write clean, well-tested code (unit, integration, performance, security)
• Use observability tools to diagnose and solve issues across environments
• Mentor engineers, lead technical design discussions, and contribute to code reviews
• Continuously refine our processes, tools, and engineering practices
• Participate in our You-Build-It-You-Run-It on-call rotation

What You Bring

• Strong cloud architecture skills + experience with Azure
• Deep C#, ASP.NET/Core, and SQL Server knowledge
• Experience building modern web apps (JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks)
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD and CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and production support experience
• Solid understanding of Windows OS and Visual Studio
• Financial industry experience is a plus
