Senior Product Manager | Permanent | Dublin-based | Hybrid working model

We are partnering with a global tech organisation to hire a Senior Product Manager. The successful candidate will own the full merchant lifecycle - onboarding, health, and offboarding - and define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of high-impact features.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, ideally within eCommerce ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major platform is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly analytical, data-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and merchant needs into clear technical requirements.
• Drive end-to-end feature delivery with internal and external teams.
• Apply Agile principles to write user stories, plan sprints and guide development.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and maintain product documentation.
• Analyse performance metrics and measure the impact of launches.
• Prioritise effectively across new features, technical improvements and operational needs.
