Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management and delivery of real estate development projects with a focus on student living in university cities within Ireland.
- Project execution for the Dublin scheme (236 bed PBSA scheme)
- Initiation, development and control of the planning and delivery phase
- Responsible for the creation of planning phase tender documents and the negotiation and award of contracts/appointments
- Implementation of quality, cost and programme control
- Coordination of procurement, construction technologies and building processes
- Be willing to project manage construction sites in Edinburgh in 2026
Profile:
- Property development related qualification (construction technology, architecture, real estate, etc)
- 10 years post-qualification professional experience in Project Management/Project Development for construction/real estate
- Sound project management skills
- Good understanding of commercial and economic aspects of property development
- Experience of liaising with planners, contractors and statutory authorities
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented
