Main Responsibilities
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. Main Responsibilities
- Build and improve features that help our AI orchestrator deliver personalized experience
- Write clean, reliable code with performance, scalability, and security in mind
- Work closely with other developers to design, build, and maintain our Go-based microservices
- Take end-to-end ownership of our services: from implementing them to deploying, monitoring, and improving them over time
- Work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and enjoy adapting, learning, and shipping solutions at high speed
- Experience to create scalable, stable, and secure code with Golang.
- Experience working with distributed technologies and NoSQL databases, with a strong background in high-load applications and microservices architecture
- System design is nothing new to you - you're familiar with Domain-Driven Design principles and know what patterns to use when and why
- Passionate about secure, compliant backend architecture and technologies.
- Comfortable balancing speed and quality in a startup environment
- A collaborative mindset where you love to discuss, rethink, and redesign your ideas that create shared success within your team and the company
