At Evolvery, we're the leading digital marketing agency in the Baltics, helping digital businesses reach their full potential. We're looking for a Data & AI Engineer who can build the automated systems that transform raw marketing data into continuous, actionable insights.
This is not a model training role. We use AI as a force multiplier, not build it from scratch. You'll leverage LLMs, automation tools, and modern data infrastructure to make our team and clients smarter, faster.

Your Impact
- Architect our BigQuery-centered data infrastructure that powers agency-wide analytics
- Build automated pipelines that replace manual reporting with continuous insight delivery
- Design the data models and reporting systems that deliver consistent, reliable insights to teams and clients
- Deploy AI-augmented systems for forecasting, anomaly detection, and alerting
- Integrate marketing data sources (GA4, ad platforms, CRM, marketing tools) into a unified, reliable stack
- Work with leadership and specialists across SEO, Ads, and CRO to implement technical solutions that serve real business needs
What We're Looking For
- Strong data analytics thinking: you understand what to measure and why it matters
- Development capability: Python and SQL are your working languages, not just things on your CV
- Data infrastructure literacy: BigQuery, pipelines, orchestration, dbt or similar
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience building data systems
- Genuine curiosity about marketing measurement (GA4, attribution, campaign analytics)
- Ownership mindset: drives projects to completion without waiting for instructions
- Comfort in a fast-paced agency environment
- Clear communication skills: can explain technical decisions to non-technical colleagues
- Flawless command of Lithuanian and English
Technical Environment
- BigQuery as the central warehouse
- Custom-built reporting and analytics solutions, Google Looker Studio
- Python for automation and AI integrations
- LLM APIs and agentic frameworks
- GA4, marketing platforms, CRO and SEO tools as data sources

Salary: Starting at €3500 gross (full-time, 0.75 arrangement possible)
