We’re looking for a B2G & B2B IT Project Sales Manager to join us at Telia.
I’m Marius Dulka, leading B2B ICT Sales Solutions division, and I’m currently looking for a proactive and tech-savvy B2G & B2B IT Project Sales Manager to join us in Vilnius. If you’re interested in IT, have solid experience in sales project management in private and public sector – this is the opportunity for you.
What you’ll do:
- Identify new and pursue already identified IT sales project opportunities across B2G and B2B segments.
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and needs analysis through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales Managers, Product Owners, IT Architects, Project Managers, etc.).
- Design and deliver tailored IT solutions aligned with client needs and technical requirements.
- Represent Telia in client meetings, tenders, and industry events.
- Stay up to date with the latest IT market trends, including cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and managed services.
The suitable candidate is strong in communication, collaboration and negotiation. Strategic, solution-oriented mindset and self-leadership skills are also necessary as well as ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid experience in B2G and B2B IT project-based solution selling.
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes and RFPs.
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and solid English skills.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
- Knowledge of ITIL/ IT service management frameworks is considered an advantage.
- Technical background or relevant IT certifications are also considered an advantage.
