Mission
To ensure the development of our activities, we are looking for a :
- Human Resources Assistant Intern (M/F/D) - 6 months minimum

Responsabilities
As an HR Assistant intern at Candriam, you will support the HR team in Luxembourg with the following tasks:
- Contribute to personnel administration, time management follow-up, and various administrative tasks (file management, company vehicles, and expense reports).
- Assist in drafting and sending HR communications.
- Ensure the update of internal documents, the intranet, and Welcome Packs.
- Support the follow-up of interns across different countries.
- Provide assistance in the organisation and follow-up of training sessions.
- Assist in preparing the training co-funding application under the INFPC.
- Participate in the creation of Handbooks (country-specific regulatory guides).
- Support the management of cross-border workers, including preparing declarations and issuing A1 certificates.
- Get involved in the department's various projects.
- Gap year student welcome.
- Native French speaker with a very good command of English.
- Highly motivated to join a team and take part in the daily responsibilities of an international HR department.
- Internship of at least 6 months or a work-study internship contract.
