MTM Partners is an independent management consulting firm located in Luxembourg.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to deliver an offline backup solution enhancing data protection, cyber resilience and recovery readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project delivery including resourcing, planning, budget,
• Management of internal and external teams
• Coordinate requirements gathering and definition of the targeted architecture
• Prepare RFP documentation and evaluation of vendors with procurement
• Oversee integration with existing backup solutions in place
• Align with leading practices
• Coordinate testing activities
• Define KPIs
• Deliver trainings and ensure operational readiness

Your profile

• You have a valid work permit allowing you to work in Luxembourg, this is MANDATORY.
• 10 years of IT PM delivering infra/security projects in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering backup & DR initiatives with specific experience implementing offline backups.
• Knowledge of backup architectures and tooling, offline media and vaulting, encryption, key management and physical security practices.
• You are either certified in a known PM methodology and/or are used to work in an environment using a strong methodology, preferably in the financial services and/or in the consulting sector.
• You are fluent in English. French would be an asset.
• You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to clearly articulate your message to audiences of varying levels of technical knowledge
• You are a strong team player and have excellent time management, organization, and planning skills
