Experis IT Luxembourg is actively looking for a Azure BI Engineer (m/f) for one of its clients in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and orchestrate scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Ingest, transform, and load data from various sources (on-premises systems, cloud services, APIs, flat files, databases, etc.).
- Contribute to the implementation of modern data platforms including data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data solutions using Azure technologies (Data Lake Storage, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, etc.).
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and business teams to provide reliable and accessible data.
- Monitor data workflows and ensure performance, error handling, and data quality.
- Document data flows, architecture, and technical specifications.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance within the cloud infrastructure.
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data or a related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Engineer or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory v2.
- Good knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, including Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Functions, Key Vault, etc.
- Solid skills in SQL and data manipulation (ETL/ELT processes).
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell (preferred).
- Understanding of data architecture principles, cloud integration patterns, and best practices.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps is a plus).
- C1 level in English and French
