Software Engineer, High-Security Fintech Infrastructure (Full-Time, Hybrid).

We’re expanding several engineering teams responsible for building and scaling a high-integrity platform used for custody, brokerage, compliance tooling, and financial services.

What you’ll work on:

Depending on your background (Backend, Full-Stack, or DevOps), you may contribute to:

Platform & Backend Engineering:

• Building distributed systems and microservices powering mission-critical financial workflows.
• Designing and implementing REST APIs and backend services (Kotlin, TypeScript, or Go).
• Working with relational databases and integrating secure data storage patterns.
• Improving core architecture for scale, performance, and security.
• Taking ownership of problems and driving them forward, even when requirements are evolving.

Full-Stack or App Development:

• Developing clean, responsive web interfaces using React or Vue.
• Collaborating across teams to build compliant, user-centric tools for clients and operations.
• Optional: contributing to mobile applications (React Native).
• Helping shape early-stage product workflows with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

DevOps, Reliability & Cloud Engineering:

• Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Managing cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS) using Terraform.
• Working with Docker & Kubernetes (GKE), plus monitoring stacks like Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Implementing DevSecOps practices: IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning.
• Building and improving infrastructure in a setting where not every process exists yet — and where your initiative matters.

What You Bring:

We’re hiring engineers across levels, but you should recognize yourself in most of the following:

Core experience:

• 3–5+ years of professional software engineering or DevOps experience.
• Strong foundation in backend or cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, or secure environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and containerization.
• Comfort working in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment where you proactively ask questions, raise flags early, and figure things out independently.

Nice-to-have:

• Kotlin, Go, TypeScript, Python, or Bash.
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD), Terraform Associate.
• Experience in fintech or other regulated environments.
• Knowledge of observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus).
