Location- Netherlands (between Breda and Eindhoven)

Job Type- Full Onsite

Travel Required - Weekly Travel in the Netherlands & Belgium

Full time Employment - Fixed term contract (6 months)


Job Description:

We are undertaking an exciting IT Solutions transformation program which will set the foundation for our success, and an opportunity exists to join the IT Solutions – Service Excellence function as a Project coordinator.


About the role


This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of great customer experience, while meeting local business demand for change. The role will coordinate all work and activities in response to local business demand and may lead teams to deliver business changes aligned to the Service Excellence strategy.


Your accountability


  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business customers to ensure high customer satisfaction in managing the demand for change is maintained
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and IT Solutions to capture requirements and follow through to their implementation
  • Provide input into proposed business and IT Solutions change initiatives and coordinate recommendations for technical solutions to meet the business needs, as appropriate
  • Participate in change service reviews with business service owners to assess and manage the performance of business and IT Solutions change services
  • Complete relevant training on the execution of all in scope change delivery processes and procedures
  • Report on progress of project initiatives against plans
  • Participate in post implementation reviews to evaluate how business objectives were achieved and to attain business value and high levels of customer experience, and to improve future work.


Role organization and scope


The role holder will report to the Service Desk Manager. This role can be based at any location in the Benelux. Some travel, including overnight stays, may be required to sites driven by the business demand for change.


Qualifications, knowledge, and experience


Experience in service-driven change delivery roles across multiple sites - ESSENTIAL

Ability to speak and confidently work in Dutch and English - ESSENTIAL

Practical experience in relationship building with relevant stakeholders in a multi-site environment-

ESSENTIAL

Strong Customer Experience knowledge supported by demonstrated practical application in a multi-site environment - ESSENTIAL

Good negotiator with solid political and cultural awareness- ESSENTIAL

Basic knowledge of Networking, WAN and LAN technologies- DESIRABLE

Good understanding of Project Management principles -DESIRABLE

Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments -DESIRABLE

Demonstrable delivery of change initiatives through collaboration and influence- DESIRABLE

Working experience as a Project or Change Lead in a multi-site environment- DESIRABLE
