About The Role

As a Scrum Master, you’ll guide teams through effective Agile practices that accelerate delivery, strengthen collaboration, and improve time-to-value. You’ll shape core ceremonies, build insightful Jira Cloud dashboards, and drive continuous improvement through coaching and structured feedback loops. This role offers the opportunity to influence team culture, streamline processes, and empower teams to become fully autonomous in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate Scrum processes and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles;
• Lead dailies, manage sprints, remove impediments, and ensure optimal use of Jira Cloud;
• Design, create, and refine dashboards in Jira Cloud;
• Implement continuous improvement practices through Retrospectives and Kaizens;
• Coach team members to be able to take over the role of Scrum Master once coaching is complete.
  
  

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Expertise in Jira Cloud to manage backlogs, sprints, and track work progress;
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and values;
• Knowledge of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean;
• Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate ideas and Agile concepts clearly;
• Advanced English level.
