Job - Product Designer

Salary - up to €72K

Responsibilities -

• You will be a part of the core team, taking a central role in designing the platform's UI/UX.
• You'll be involved in every part of the product, from feature definition to building the long-term roadmap.
• You will collaborate closely with the Product Design Lead.
• You will work with product managers and developers to craft and implement strategic solutions.
• A key responsibility is translating design goals and product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• You will contribute to and help evolve the existing Design System.
• You'll drive the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to final execution.

Experience -

• Extensive Product Design Experience: Over 3 years of SaaS product design experience across both web and mobile platforms.
• End-to-End Design Process: Proven ability to drive the full design lifecycle, including user research, building user journeys and experiences, creating wireframes, and delivering fully detailed UI.
• Use Case Definition: Skilled in defining end-to-end (E2E) use cases and translating them into tangible designs.
• Independent & Proactive: Highly organized, independent, and possesses a proactive approach with a strong desire to learn and improve.
• Collaborative & Communicative: A strong team player with great communication skills, able to clearly articulate design decisions and be open to feedback.
• Detail-Oriented & Aesthetic Focus: Possesses a keen sense of aesthetics and is highly detail-oriented.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experienced in working closely with product managers, development teams, and data analysts.
• Technical Proficiency: Experienced with design systems and Figma.
• Usability Testing: Proficient in planning and analyzing usability tests.
