What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven features that enhance hospital workflows.
- Work across the stack – backend (Node.js, Python), frontend (React), and AI integrations (LLMs, NLP).
- Develop intelligent systems for document summarization, semantic search, and data-driven dashboards.
- Build internal AI tools to improve engineering and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment, testing ideas rapidly and iterating based on user feedback.
- Strong experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Solid understanding of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with cloud or on-premise AI deployments, vector databases, and MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and building impactful, real-world AI solutions.
- Self-driven, hands-on, and collaborative team player.
- Fluent in Swiss German/German and English.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Applicants must be Swiss or EU nationals, or hold a valid Swiss work permit (ideally already residing in Switzerland).
