Profil
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikation, idealerweise mit HR-Fokus
- Erfahrung in der Personaladministration
- Sicher im Umgang mit HR-Software & digitalen Tools
- Grundkenntnisse im Arbeits- & Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Looking to shape HR processes and support employees throughout the full HR lifecycle? This role offers the chance to work hands-on across HR administration and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR admin topics
- Manage onboarding, changes and offboarding processes
- Prepare employment contracts, references and HR documents
- Maintain employee data in modern HR systems
- Support projects to improve HR processes
Profile
- Commercial education or equivalent qualification, ideally with HR focus
- Experience in HR administration
- Strong affinity for HR software & digital tools
- Basic knowledge of labor and social insurance law
- Structured, independent and communicative work style
- Excellent German and English skills
