Aufgaben

• Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende & Führungskräfte in administrativen HR-Themen
• Organisation von Eintritten, Mutationen und Austritten
• Erstellung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen & HR-Dokumenten
• Pflege der Personalstammdaten in modernen HR-Systemen
• Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung

Profil

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikation, idealerweise mit HR-Fokus
• Erfahrung in der Personaladministration
• Sicher im Umgang mit HR-Software & digitalen Tools
• Grundkenntnisse im Arbeits- & Sozialversicherungsrecht
• Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

About the Role

Looking to shape HR processes and support employees throughout the full HR lifecycle? This role offers the chance to work hands-on across HR administration and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR admin topics
• Manage onboarding, changes and offboarding processes
• Prepare employment contracts, references and HR documents
• Maintain employee data in modern HR systems
• Support projects to improve HR processes

Profile

• Commercial education or equivalent qualification, ideally with HR focus
• Experience in HR administration
• Strong affinity for HR software & digital tools
• Basic knowledge of labor and social insurance law
• Structured, independent and communicative work style
• Excellent German and English skills
