Our Team is looking for an HR Operations Specialist – Consultant level to help support our rapidly growing employee base. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will handle administrative HR tasks and ensure all employees have an excellent employee experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Support all global HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding, payroll, absence tracking, filing, leaving, etc.
- Prepare all documents in relation to onboarding new staff (incl. preparing vetting support and clients).
- Prepare all documents in relation to offboarding leaving staff.
- Responsible for the preparation of the payroll processes and support.
- Support the benefits process between the employees, the benefits provider and payroll.
- Collaborate in various ongoing and future HR operations projects.
- Closely collaborate with and support the local HRBP.
- A very positive, solution orientated personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A team player with the ability to work in a global environment.
- Discreet and trustworthy.
- Accurate and reliable.
- Resilient and able to deliver and keep cool under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR.
- You accumulated working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, especially employee administration, payroll and federal and state respective employment laws.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential (or equivalent) is a plus.
- Excellent language skills in English, as well as the main local language.
- Fluent in German language a plus.
- You have proven skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
