- Manages and coordinates teams consisting of over 100 employees, ensuring smooth operations and effective performance

- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven experience in resource allocation and performance optimization
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for team development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in risk analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and maintain team motivation
- Experience in working with HR departments and addressing employee-related challenges
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- German communication skills will be a plus
