🚀 Backend Engineer (C#/.NET) – Trading Systems

I’m hiring on behalf of my client, a high-performance trading firm building real-time market-making, execution, and liquidity systems.

A lean, engineering-first culture, no bureaucracy, fast decision-making, full ownership, and a team that values autonomy, speed, and solving real problems. You work closely with product + trading, ship quickly, and see direct impact.

We’re looking for someone who has built or developed trading systems end-to-end, with experience in HFT, market making, or exchanges, not someone who has only improved, maintained, or participated in existing systems.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Built trading systems end-to-end (HFT, market making, exchanges, real-time platforms)
• 5+ years with C# / .NET Core
• Strong microservices, AWS/Azure, SQL/NoSQL
• REST APIs, WebSockets, high-volume data pipelines
• Kafka/RabbitMQ + CI/CD familiarity
• Security mindset for financial/crypto systems
• Bonus: crypto/blockchain knowledge
