We install solar panels, a heat pump, and a battery system with zero investment required for the customer. The homeowner gets a fixed monthly price including all energy consumption and peace of mind for 15 years. 

We are in the midst of closing our Series A, recently secured significant debt financing to scale, and proven the model in Sweden. Now, we are entering an intense growth phase.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Product Manager, who will drive both our internal systems feature growth as well as external facing systems. You will manage the requirements gathering, the feature alignment to company business goals, set product roadmaps, and drive the feature implementations and rollout within the organisation. Reporting to the CTO, this is a high-impact role. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations and Management, and you will have the mandate to grow into a team lead as we scale.

Who You Are

• 2-3+ years of experience in successfully Product Managing software solutions
• Preferable skilled developer which took the step to become a Product Owner and then Product Manager.
• Know how to break down UI related features as well as business domain features.
• Know Jira or similar, know the agile way of working - can manage scrum/SAFe basics
• Will be able to act as the project manager for both small and large systems.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and improve the playbook as you go
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Nice to have: experience with AI enabled processes, and the energy solutions markets.
