Technicon Design is looking for a Senior Graphic & UI Designer to create innovative user interface concepts for current and future markets. This role combines visionary digital design with hands-on implementation for automotive HMI systems, infotainment, and physical touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
✅ Design and refine graphics, icons, and UI elements for automotive interior components.
✅ Contribute to digital assets and animations that enhance innovative HMI concepts.
✅ Apply systems thinking to design engaging experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.
✅ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align design direction with brand identity.
✅ Set art direction for selected areas and ensure consistency across platforms.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and usability.
✔ Experience creating visually appealing, intuitive interfaces for digital touchpoints.
✔ Skilled in producing implementation graphics for automotive components and UI animations.
✔ Knowledge of automotive HMI design processes and best practices.
✔ Proficiency in design systems and creating specifications for implementation.
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing digital UI and automotive graphics.
✔ Ability to create icons and logos; Art Direction experience is a big plus.
Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects (Blender is a plus).
Personal Attributes
🌍 On-site in Gothenburg with occasional travel to China (1–2 trips/year).
📌 Fluent in English; driver’s license required.
📂 Design portfolio required (PDF, max 10MB).
