As a Team Captain with a strong focus on supporting people, you’ll thrive in our cloud-native environment using TypeScript, and React.js, while leveraging a rich toolbox of technologies to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. You’ll collaborate closely with highly skilled engineers, embracing practices like pair programming to build software end-to-end—from debugging and testing to deployment and optimization.

Your role

You’ll collaborate closely with highly skilled engineers, embracing practices like pair programming to build software end-to-end—from debugging and testing to deployment and optimization.
What Will Help You Succeed
- 5+ years of experience developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript
- 2 years of hands-on mentoring experience, supporting team members in their growth and performance
- Proven track record as a People Lead, not just a Tech Lead—emphasizing mentoring, coaching, performance management, and career development
- Strong academic background in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Solid understanding of core Web APIs, HTML, and CSS
- Excellent knowledge of React and modern frontend development practices
- A user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Empathetic and supportive personality, passionate about feedback culture and knowledge sharing
- Comfortable working in agile teams, with a collaborative and iterative approach
