JD - Project Manager

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to manage multiple ongoing

projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to oversee and coordinate project activities,

ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience of at least 5 years in a similar position

• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Confluence, and Excel

• Scrum Master, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a relevant field

• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills

• Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure

Responsibilities

• Preparing project proposals and discussing potential projects with clients and stakeholders

• Facilitating project initiation by defining project scope and requirements, and preparing

necessary documentation

• Developing project plans and timelines to ensure the timely submission of deliverables

• Managing project budgets and resources to meet financial constraints and deliver results

efficiently

• Tracking and documenting project progress and providing regular status updates to

stakeholders

• Identifying and mitigating project risks to minimize potential disruptions

• Facilitating team meetings, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment across teams

• Negotiating and managing scope changes with relevant stakeholders

• Ensuring software quality standards are met and requirements are delivered on time and within

budget

• Managing relationships with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders as needed
