We are looking for an assertive and results-driven Senior Tribe Scrum Master to lead multiple squads through Euroclear’s agile transformation journey. In this pivotal role, you will act as a catalyst for change—driving delivery, removing impediments, and embedding agile principles across the organization. You will inspire teams, challenge legacy mindsets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder delight. Your Role
- Lead and coach multiple squads within the tribe, ensuring agile values and practices are deeply embedded.
- Relentlessly drive delivery of business value, frequently delighting stakeholders with tangible outcomes.
- Identify and knock down organizational walls and blockers, escalating assertively when needed.
- Champion the transition from waterfall to agile, challenging legacy mindsets and inspiring teams to embrace new ways of working.
- Collaborate with Tribe Product Owners, Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure priorities are clear and delivery remains focused, taking explicit ownership of managing dependencies within and across tribes.
- Measure and communicate progress, using data to drive decisions and highlight successes and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach in large, complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading agile transformations, especially from waterfall environments.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills; able to challenge and inspire at all levels.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities; assertive and persistent in removing impediments.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and scaling agile in enterprise settings.
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset; able to use metrics to drive improvement and communicate impact.
- Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
- Track record of coaching teams through cultural and organizational change.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar agile management platforms.

The Group Business Solutions (GBS) division ensures the competitiveness of Euroclear by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn't compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
