Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT or network administration, with a strong interest in data center operations.
• Solid understanding of network basics and fundamental protocols (OSI Model, TCP/IP, IP addressing, VLANs, Switching, and basic Routing).
• Hands-on experience (or strong theoretical knowledge) with physically installing network devices within data centers (Rack and Stack, cabling, hardware replacement).
• Familiarity with Network Monitoring tools and concepts to ensure uptime and performance.
• Ability and desire to learn quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Good troubleshooting capabilities and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Preferably hold entry-level certifications like CCNA or similar.
• Basic level of spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with basic network automation or scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
• Exposure to data center cabling standards (fiber/copper) and cable management.
