Responsibilities:

• Execute and support physical data center operations, including server installation, relocation, and related on-site tasks.
• Coordinate and manage hardware incident processes with vendors for physical servers and storage systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date firmware, hardware, and software versions on physical servers; plan and execute scheduled upgrade cycles.
• Manage and maintain accurate data center hardware inventory, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Monitor hardware health, follow alarms, and proactively identify issues such as performance bottlenecks, overheating, or power irregularities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware platforms (Dell, HPE, Supermicro, etc.) and their central management tools.
• Experience working with inventory systems.
• Experience using observability and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, etc.).
• Fundamental understanding of virtualization and backup platforms.
• Basic proficiency in Windows Server administration.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, operational environment.
