Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in creating engaging and functional user interfaces for web and mobile.
- Participate in user research activities to gather insights into user behaviors and needs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Contribute ideas and designs that improve user experience and interface design quality.
- Help develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guides across all products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the industry.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining design assets and documentation for easy access and use.
- Participate in design reviews and present your work clearly to the team and stakeholders.
- Support in the preparation of project presentations and pitches that communicate ideas effectively.
- Adapt design solutions based on feedback from peers, clients, and end-users.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and techniques quickly.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design projects and your design process.
