Job Description

A Junior UX/UI Designer is an essential part of the product development team, focusing on creating user-centric design solutions that improve user interaction and satisfaction. As a Junior Designer, you will assist senior designers in crafting intuitive interfaces and seamless user experiences for both web and mobile platforms. You will also have the opportunity to gather user feedback, translate insights into design iterations, and contribute to the overall design direction. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Contribute ideas and designs that improve user experience and interface design quality.
• Help develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guides across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the industry.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining design assets and documentation for easy access and use.
• Participate in design reviews and present your work clearly to the team and stakeholders.
• Support in the preparation of project presentations and pitches that communicate ideas effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and techniques quickly.
