- Coordinating recruitment events and networking with potential candidates.
- Developing and organizing employee training programs.
- Crafting long-term employee succession plans to ensure personnel are on track with their career progression.
- Working with the HR manager to create internal promotion policies.
- Supervising the employee onboarding process.
- Assessing the company's hiring needs and updating the recruitment strategy accordingly.
- Working with team leaders to evaluate personnel and create improvement plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, or a similar field.

- Familiarity with performance management software.

- The ability to communicate effectively with subordinate personnel and management alike.
- Solid knowledge of HR tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
