Job Overview:

As the Security Risk & Compliance Manager you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the Physical Security compliance and security risk management strategy. The role ensures that all security operations, policies, and frameworks align with local and international regulations, internal standards, and industry best practices. It drives audit readiness, risk treatment, and regulatory coordination to strengthen governance, operational continuity, and international consistency across all entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce the global compliance framework for physical security. Ensuring policies, standards, and procedures are aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Formulate, review, and update security policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks. Ensure consistent application across all business units and international entities.
  • Maintain and regularly update the security risk register. Identify and assess potential risks, conduct gap analyses, and monitor the progress of risk mitigation measures.
  • Lead internal and external security audits from planning to closure. Ensure findings are addressed within agreed timelines and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Liaise with local and international regulators to ensure full compliance with applicable security standards and laws. Prepare reports and submissions as required.
  • Coordinate compliance and risk management activities with global subsidiaries. Ensure consistent governance, reporting, and adherence to group policies.

Skills And Experience

  • College Graduate with relevant qualifications in risk management, Security Management, or a related field.
  • Security related certifications are advantageous
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management, ideally within banking or corporate security.
  • Proven experience leading internal and external audits, developing frameworks, and managing compliance programs.
  • Experience working with regulators and international compliance standards.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of security regulations, industry standards, and audit processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in policy development, risk analysis, and control testing.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
