Product Manager – CRM Development

About Us:

Thrivestate Real Estate is a fast-growing real estate brokerage and proptech company based in Dubai Marina. We are building our own in-house CRM platform to empower our agents and streamline operations. We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong Scrum and Jira experience to manage the software development team and take full ownership of our CRM product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the CRM product development team (developers, designers, QA) through Agile/Scrum methodology.

-Own the product backlog in Jira, defining, prioritizing, and refining tasks aligned with company goals.

-Run and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

-Translate business requirements into clear product features and technical specifications.

-Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure delivery of CRM features on time.

-Collaborate closely with stakeholders (management, sales agents, operations) to gather feedback and optimize product features.

-Define KPIs and success metrics for the CRM system, continuously improving usability and adoption.

-Keep updated with latest proptech and CRM trends to ensure Thrivestate’s system stays ahead of competition.

Requirements:

-7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master (experience with CRM/proptech preferred).

-Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience running teams in Jira.

-Proven experience managing cross-functional software development teams.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.

-Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

-Technical background (software development, QA, or systems knowledge) is a plus.

-Experience in real estate or SaaS product development is an advantage.
