Looking for a Lead Fullstack Developer (Team Leader) to guide and build the companies baclend systems that are responsible for building a support framework for company management decision-making and business operations.

• Leading the BPR team in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of backend systems.
• Analyzing existing processes and systems across multiple business functions to identify areas for improvement or re-engineering.
• Designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and user-friendly system workflows aligned with business requirements
• Collaborating with business units to understand operational needs and tailor system solutions

skills and experience required

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Fullstack Developement (hands on) & leadership skills to mentor engineers and project managers.
• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of systems used in finance, accounting, sales, budgeting, and expense management.
• Hands-on experience in languages/technologies such as Java, VBA, VB, C, C#, .Net, or JavaScript.
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, architectural design, coding, testing, and performance tuning.
