Responsibilities
- Project Management Planning includes setting goals and objectives, defining roles, and producing schedules and timelines for tasks – in accordance with the needs of our client.
- Manage scope creep, track project development/milestone, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide project updates to internal management and client.
- Ensure action items are acted upon in a timely manner.
- Report and escalate to higher management as needed.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Provide thorough follow through and deliver customer satisfaction.
- Client management – this include manage customers’ expectations, be responsive to customers’ requests, balance team workload & deliverables, etc.
- 2 years or more in IT Management/Application Project Management
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science or related
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodology
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Problem solver and critical thinker
- Project and time management skills
- Open Minded, analytical mind and research orientation
- Certification in PMP or any other project management certification.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management is a plus
