Company Overview

This FinTech powers regulated stablecoin infrastructure for financial institutions. Its platform combines stablecoin issuance, secure custody, and seamless cross-border transfers to help businesses build compliant, revenue-generating ecosystems at scale.

Role Overview

We’re looking for backend engineers to help design and scale the technical foundation of the stablecoin platform. You’ll be building resilient services in Go that underpin regulated financial products, working on everything from API design to real-time transaction flows.

In your first months, you’ll get hands-on with the stack, ship features quickly, and gain deep understanding of service architecture. As you progress, you’ll take ownership of critical services, shape technical direction, and lead cross-service initiatives that drive platform reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5-12 yrs of strong backend experience in any OO language; willing to work in Go.
• Track record of shipping production-quality systems and owning services.
• Experience with modern backend tooling (gRPC/REST, Postgres, Redis, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes a plus).
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth fintech environments.
