What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Support and coach multiple teams in Agile best practices and principles to enhance team performance
• Remove impediments and blockers faced by the team to allow them to focus on delivering quality outcomes
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog for effective sprint planning
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by helping teams identify opportunities to enhance their processes and practices
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address team challenges
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to foster team collaboration
