- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address team challenges
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to foster team collaboration
