About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and resilient HR leader to oversee the entire Human Resources function, driving organizational effectiveness and compliance within a dynamic and often unstable environment. This role is critical for stabilizing the workforce, maintaining legal compliance, and ensuring strategic HR alignment with business objectives.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
I. Organizational Strategy & Compliance
- Organizational Design: Build and maintain an effective, agile organizational structure that adapts rapidly to market changes and internal resource constraints
- HR Action Planning in Instability: Develop and implement strategic HR action plans specifically designed for volatile conditions (e.g., workforce optimization, key employee retention, and change management)
- Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Legislation and oversee all personnel documentation and labor law practices
II. Leadership & Team Management
- Departmental Leadership: Lead and manage the HR department (team size 10+), setting clear objectives, prioritizing tasks, and coaching the HR team to high performance
- Management Coaching: Provide coaching and consultancy to departmental heads on people management, team effectiveness, and organizational excellence
III. Compensation, Motivation, & Analytics
- Compensation & Benefits: Monitor and analyze the labor and salary market, and manage the system of material and non-material employee motivation
- Process Control: Control and coordinate all core HR business processes within the company
- Documentation & Governance: Develop corporate regulations, norms, and methodological documents for the entire organization
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience managing teams and HR functions in conditions of instability (e.g., rapid growth, crisis, significant market disruption).
- Documented experience leading an HR team of 10+ people
- Deep understanding and practical application of performance management frameworks, specifically KPIs and OKRs
- Developed skills in managing and controlling the HR budget
- Native Ukrainian, Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency
