About the Role

We are looking for Software Developers - Fullstack who are passionate about building intuitive, high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in enhancing our flagship no-code platform, Revolutio, and contribute to its evolution by leveraging modern frontend and backend technologies.

Highlight of the engagement opportunity

• Nature of role: Full time
• Number of years of experience expected: 1-3 Years.
• Educational qualification expected: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering discipline. Certifications in web technologies are a plus.
• Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US
• Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English
• Additional Exposure (Preferred): FastAPI, React Native, NextJS, TailwindCSS
• Core Technologies: Python, Django, React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, DevOps.

Key responsibility areas:

• Work on the back-end/full stack development projects.
• Work with development lead, UI/ UX designers and support team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Drive the development lifecycle from requirement analysis to completion and maintenance ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, coding standards and technical design.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and provide timely technical support and resolution.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices in software development.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, software development trends, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.

Other important information:

• Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
• Period of engagement: Full-time position
• Probation period: 6 months
• Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
• Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion
• Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

• Strong understanding of web development fundamentals and technologies, responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proven experience in software development, with a strong background in relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools.
