What Is The Job About
A Data Analyst is responsible for examining, interpreting, and visualizing data. Extract data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, APIs or web analytic tools. Provide regular reporting on TTIs and help to make data driven decisions. Identify trends and patterns over time, customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Innovation: Collaborate with the divisional commercial functions to identify new data driven value propositions, looking beyond the traditional product base (e.g., pumps) to leverage emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and advanced data analytics.
- Business Understanding: Ensure deep understanding of the business domain, customer pain points, and industry trends to deliver solutions that create new business models and customer experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Solution, System, and Platform Architects to ensure that data strategy decisions are consistent, scalable, and aligned across divisions.
- Governance & Standards: Define and enforce data strategy, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
- Digital Ecosystems: Identify opportunities to integrate with external partner ecosystems (e.g., Google Home, AWS IoT) to enhance value propositions and expand reach
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience within data analysis or time series data or device generated data.
- Experience in managing requirements using a tool.
- Proven results supporting key initiatives in a large organization; experience in large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Possess strong knowledge of best practices in relevant systems.
- Expertise in working with tool vendors.
