Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Lead with expertise in Java and Angular to lead the development of enterprise-grade applications. This role combines hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, ensuring technical excellence and guiding a team of developers toward successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers working on Java and Angular-based applications.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end functionality.

• Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD.

• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

• Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Skills Required

• Core Technologies:

o Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) for backend development.

o Expertise in Angular (latest versions) for frontend development.

o Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.

• Database:

o Experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

• DevOps & Cloud:

o Familiarity with AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Leadership:

o Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.

o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.

o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Reactive programming and RxJS.

• Knowledge of GraphQL and API Gateway.

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
