About The Role
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Landmark Software & Services team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of user-centric applications that enhance usability, clarity, and consistency across our digital platforms. You will work closely with senior designers, engineers, and product managers to create compelling wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that meet user needs and business objectives. Your designs will play a key role in improving the overall user experience, making complex workflows intuitive and accessible for our clients and internal teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global organization dedicated to technological innovation within the energy sector.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of shipped designs in production applications. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems are essential. A solid foundation in interaction and visual design principles is required, along with the ability to apply consistent design system components. Candidates should possess excellent collaboration skills, openness to feedback, and a proactive approach to iteration and improvement. A degree in a relevant field is preferred, with a Master’s degree considered a plus. Experience working on enterprise applications and understanding usability research practices will be advantageous.

Apply design system components consistently across different projects to maintain visual coherence. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate user testing. Participate actively in usability testing sessions, synthesizing user feedback to refine designs for optimal usability. Collaborate daily with engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality, contributing to design reviews and team critiques to uphold high-quality standards. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends to continually enhance design quality and innovation.
