About The Role
As Senior UX UI Designer, you’ll lead the full design lifecycle across research, concepting, prototyping and delivery. This role works closely with the Head of Customer Experience while also partnering deeply with Product, Engineering and Customer Experience teams. You’ll uplift usability, support new features and ensure design decisions are grounded in insights and proven UX UI practice.
What You’ll Do
- Own UX UI direction across key digital initiatives
- Create high fidelity prototypes, interaction flows and design systems in Figma
- Testing to inform and validate design choices
- Work directly with engineers to deliver practical and scalable solutions
- Facilitate workshops, reviews and design alignment sessions
- Communicate design rationale clearly and influence stakeholders across the business
- Expertise in Figma is essential
- Strong background in high transactional environments such as retail, travel, loyalty or large digital platforms
- Solid understanding of React as the core framework used across our workflow
- Storybook experience is helpful but not essential
- Ability to land quickly in a contract setting and build momentum fast
- Comfortable working with complex technical ecosystems and engineering teams
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Curious, thoughtful and committed to creating meaningful customer experiences
