Our client has recently raised their next funding round from tier-one European investors and is led by a commercially sharp founder with 15+ years in banking + technology.
They’re now building their next success story and looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join their lean, enterprise sales-led team in Antwerp.
What They’re Building
A next-generation digital mortgage platform used by banks and lenders to accelerate decisions, reduce manual work, and transform customer experience. Their AI agent automates key decisioning steps, making them the first company in their category to integrate AI at this depth.

What You’ll Do
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles with mid-sized to large banks and lenders
- Build and manage your territory plan while generating pipeline through network, events, partners, and targeted outbound
- Navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales processes with C-level, risk, compliance, and innovation teams
- Act as a trusted advisor, shaping customer strategy, business cases, and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, product and the CRO to influence GTM, messaging, and roadmap
- Close €100K–€1M+ deals, often supported by strategic technology partners
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner roadshows
Environment

Must-Haves
- 3+ years Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, carrying €800K+ ARR quota and closing 6-figure deals
- Experience selling into Financial Services (banks, brokers, insurers)
- If not FSI: must have sold into other highly regulated sectors (Pharma / Government)
- Strong Benelux financial services network
- Hunter mindset, proactive pipeline builder who thrives with autonomy
- Start-up or scale-up experience, comfortable building processes, not just running them
Nice-to-Haves
- Strong personal network within banks, insurers, or lending ecosystems
- Background selling AI-driven or highly regulated technology
Compensation
- Base: €100–110K
- OTE: €180–200K (uncapped accelerators + monthly booster payouts)
- Company car option
