Your mission is to lead the seamless operation of our facilities, delivering a secure and high-quality environment for employees and customers.

How You Will Make an Impact:


  • Own facilities-related processes and contracts (rent, maintenance, etc. other services)
  • Provide employees with a contemporary and high quality working environment, initiating necessary improvement projects
  • Shape a long-term strategic view for the premises
  • Execute security and safety processes
  • Own workplace management process and transportation services technical part
  • Cooperate with other units for development and execution of processes (People & Culture, Op Risk, accounting, legal etc.)
  • Oversee fixed assets of the bank, keeping inventory of the assets
  • Organize training to bank employees in matters relating to facilities
  • Cooperate with suppliers


What Makes You a Great Fit:


  • Deep understanding of Facilities management and previous 5 year experience in a similar profession, that includes overseeing and owning questions and improvements that relate to physical security
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to act as advisor for stakeholders
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations
  • Ability to manage construction and development projects
  • Ability to write internal procedures in area of expertise
  • Fluent English and Estonian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
