We are seeking a Website Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate content-related projects across our web platforms. This is a 12 month temporary, 19 hours per week part-time role, well-suited for someone with experience in digital content or website operations who enjoys project coordination, cross-team collaboration, and ensuring our brand and products are presented clearly and consistently online
.As the key point of contact between internal teams, agencies, and European markets, the Website Operations Coordinator will oversee the smooth delivery of content projects from briefing to rollout. This is a content-focused coordination role, not a technical or developer position - no coding or development skills are required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate content-related projects across Mazda's web platforms, managing the process from initial briefing to final rollout to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead website projects to effectively communicate our product, brand, and values to web users, focusing on delivering exceptional user experience (UX/UI) and maximizing engagement, with a clear focus on content strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for European markets regarding inquiries related to new content on Mazda’s digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new website projects, transforming them into actionable functional specifications.
- Coordinate with agency partners to ensure website projects align with goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze content performance and conversion metrics using GA4, in close collaboration with the Analytics team, to identify opportunities for optimization and enhance project KPIs, user experience, and website performance.
- Proactively identify and propose continuous improvements to internal processes and project management practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed on automotive industry trends, leveraging insights to continually enhance content strategy and performance.
PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in website operations, managing multinational websites, or working in a website marketing agency.
- Experience with feature development not required, as most tasks will be focused on content-related responsibilities.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in website analytics, ideally using GA4.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose solutions to overcome project challenges.
- Experience managing and using website Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Team player with a self-starter attitude.
- Knowledge of web platform operations, with a strong focus on website content.
- Project management experience, preferably in agile or scrum environments.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, working with agencies and third parties in an international context.
