We are seeking a skilled and innovative Applied AI Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize AI solutions that address real-world challenges. This role is ideal for someone passionate about machine learning, deep learning, and AI applications, and who enjoys turning research into practical, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for various applications
- Analyze and preprocess large datasets to support model development
- Implement and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to integrate AI solutions
- Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using metrics and benchmarks
- Document methodologies, code, and workflows for reproducibility
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and propose innovative solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in applied AI projects or research is highly desirable
