Realtime Recruitment is seeking a Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee the successful delivery of multiple strategic business projects. This role is accountable for managing several concurrent initiatives, ensuring each is delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope and quality standards.


You will work closely with cross-functional teams, testing leads, and technology stakeholders, serving as a central point of coordination for assigned initiatives. The role includes line management of the Testing Manager and requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills to drive alignment across all delivery areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, managing scope, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
  • Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure successful execution of deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, resourcing, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate governance routines such as steering committees and status reviews.
  • Ensure alignment across testing, technology, compliance, and operational functions.
  • Line manage the Testing Manager, integrating quality assurance activities into delivery.
  • Drive consistency and adherence to internal project governance standards and methodologies.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and conduct post-implementation reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that promotes accountability and innovation.


About You:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and planning capabilities.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Collaborative and engaging leadership style.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Relevant qualifications in:

  • Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
  • IT or technology-related fields
