We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This remote role is ideal for someone early in their data career who enjoys working with numbers, uncovering insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources
• Assist in building reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns
• Support KPI tracking and performance monitoring
• Maintain organized data documentation and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with team members on data-centered tasks and projects
• Provide support for ad hoc data requests

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts a plus)
• Exposure to SQL, Python, R, or BI tools (optional but preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection
• Academic projects, coursework, or personal data projects are a plus
