As a Product Line Sales Manager Baltics, you will be at the forefront of ASBIS Baltics' growth strategy, responsible for expanding our IT Distribution business (Flash/MB/GPU) within key customers in Latvia.


Key Functions:

  • Defining sales strategy, pricing and brand promotion in country
  • Sales plan implementation and achievement of goals according to KPIs
  • Development and implementation of an approach to distribution, assortment, and pricing across sales channels
  • Collecting sales forecast and planning sales
  • Developing relationships with new and existing retail customers
  • Negotiations with clients
  • Organization and execution of shipments of goods
  • Development, approval and implementation of promotional offers
  • Control over weekly supply replenishment to partners and aggregated to local distribution stock.

KPI:

  • Revenue
  • GP
  • Fill Rate Central/local
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Old Stock


Qualification and skills:

  • 3+ year experience in selling IT products;
  • Higher education;
  • Proven sales skills, willingness to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical, planning and execution skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills in both Latvian and English;
  • Category B driving license.
