About The Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with at least 1.5 years of iGaming experience and a solid understanding of the product side. Someone confident working with Tier-1 markets, building long-term partnerships, and keeping a strong focus on traffic quality.
Responsibilities
- Attract and onboard affiliates for Tier-1 markets.
- Support partners through ongoing communication, agreements, and KPI follow-up.
- Analyse traffic quality: FTD, activity, retention, ARPU.
- Test new sources, identify growth opportunities, and expand the affiliate network.
- 1.5+ years of experience in iGaming on the product side.
- Understanding of Tier-1 markets and traffic specifics.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance metrics.
- English at a working proficiency level.
- Willingness to work from Riga (on-site or hybrid).
- Clear goals and a dynamic work environment.
- Minimal bureaucracy and fast decision-making.
- The ability to influence the direction and suggest improvements.
