About The Role

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with at least 1.5 years of iGaming experience and a solid understanding of the product side. Someone confident working with Tier-1 markets, building long-term partnerships, and keeping a strong focus on traffic quality.

Responsibilities

• Attract and onboard affiliates for Tier-1 markets.
• Support partners through ongoing communication, agreements, and KPI follow-up.
• Analyse traffic quality: FTD, activity, retention, ARPU.
• Test new sources, identify growth opportunities, and expand the affiliate network.
  
  

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in iGaming on the product side.
• Understanding of Tier-1 markets and traffic specifics.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance metrics.
• English at a working proficiency level.
• Willingness to work from Riga (on-site or hybrid).
