We are looking for an HR GENERALIST to join our growing team in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will play a key part in securing the right talent for the organisation, once the team is in place you will drive and support core HR processes at the company. Teltonika’s security business unit is newest member of the group pf companies, that designs and manufactures advanced electronic devices for intrusion detection and building protection. Our products are used in residential, commercial environments to enhance safety and provide intelligent monitoring. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we aim to set new benchmarks in the security industry.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- In the early growing stage of the company, recruitment will be your primary responsibility;
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for roles including sales managers, technical positions, engineers, and other administrative staff – drafting and publishing job ads, proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining strong, up-to-date talent pipelines;
- Maintain personnel and hiring information by inputting and managing employee data within the HRM system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors);
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes (collect documents, grant system access, develop onboarding programs, manage probationary period plans, etc.);
- Perform routine tasks related to administering and executing HR activities, including but not limited to leave management, disciplinary matters, terminations, performance and talent management, occupational health and safety, office improvement suggestions, conducting exit interviews and preparing insights for continuous improvement.
WE BELIEBE THAT YOU :
- 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role such as HR Generalist, HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, etc.;
- Strong experience in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding employees in a way that creates a positive relationship with new colleagues from day one;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability—or potential—to become a strong leader;
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written;
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared organizational goals.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 17 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (~2800 Eur—4200 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
