We are looking for a highly motivated System Engineer to join our client and contribute to the development of cutting-edge RF/RADAR technologies for next-generation automotive systems. In this role, you will play a key part in defining system architectures, managing requirements, and driving innovation aligned with our technology roadmap. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to transform complex requirements into robust, high-performance solutions.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elaborate system requirements for innovative RF/RADAR functionalities.
- Analyze and manage system requirements, ensuring traceability and compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Define system architectures that meet functional and performance requirements.
- Identify and document technological opportunities to enhance solutions aligned with the technology roadmap.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to support product and concept development.
- Define test scenarios and test cases to manage product maturity at each development phase.
- Develop solutions to achieve targets defined in the technology roadmap.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and external R&D partners.
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art automotive systems and technical systems in general.
- Proven experience in:
- System requirements collection, analysis, and management.
- System requirements allocation and architectural design.
- Familiarity with:
- System Requirements Management tools (e.g., DOORS).
- FMEA methodology.
- MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink is an asset.
- Ability to define, evaluate, and analyze system test plans and results.
- Excellent self-organization, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong team player with a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German and/or French is a strong advantage.
