We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who obsesses over user needs, moves fast, validates relentlessly, and can translate complex workflows into simple, delightful experiences. If you live in Figma, love rapid prototyping, and believe research is non-negotiable, this role was made for you.

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who obsesses over user needs, moves fast, validates relentlessly, and can translate complex workflows into simple, delightful experiences. If you live in Figma, love rapid prototyping, and believe research is non-negotiable, this role was made for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI for core product areas — from concept to shipped pixels
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate based on real user feedback
- Lead user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and turn insights into actionable designs
- Build and evolve a scalable design system in Figma that developers love using
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to ship cohesive, high-quality experiences
- Advocate for the user in every conversation and decision
- Mentor junior designers and raise the bar for craft across the team
- 5–8+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with complex B2B or enterprise software (ERP, SCM, PLM, or similar is a big plus)
- A portfolio that shows deep thinking, clean execution, and measurable impact
- Mastery of Figma (prototyping, components, auto-layout, variables, dev handoff)
- Comfort turning ambiguous problems into elegant, intuitive solutions
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and gracefully handle feedback
- Strong sense of visual design — typography, spacing, color, motion — everything feels intentional
- Experience shipping design systems at scale is a strong advantage
- Bonus: familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial workflows
- You’ve shipped the first major workflows of our new product with measurable improvements in usability
- You’ve established a regular cadence of user research that the entire company relies on
